Place the meter for about 2 cm above the eyebrows, passing just above the ears and around the back of the skull.

Make sure the measurement tool is horizontal and flat against the head, without tightening too much.

Also you can opt for the smallest if you like a tight adjustment (Racing type) or the largest for more comfort (Touring/Urbain type).
