Black Friday helmet motorcycle SHARK
For Black Friday, SHARK is offering discounts on a selection of its motorcycle helmets from 20 November to 30 November. Whether you're looking for your first helmet or a racing model, here's what each range has to offer.
Which SHARK helmets are on sale for Black Friday?
Three ranges are included, each with its own discount rate.
Full-face helmets: up to -50%
For sport riding on the road, the SPARTAN GT PRO combines a glass and carbon fibre shell with a 4-point locking visor inspired by the RACE-R PRO GP, plus an Emergency Release system that allows the helmet to be removed quickly after an accident. The AERON brings MotoGP to the road: a carbon and aramid shell, a spoiler, five air intakes and seven extractors to keep your head cool at high speed. The SPARTAN RS focuses on aerodynamics, with a profile that reduces drag, buffeting and noise, and a removable chin curtain.
For everyday riding, the D-SKWAL 3 stands out with its bold look and BEST FIT comfort, while the more affordable RIDILL 2 features a patented system for tool-free visor removal. The SKWAL i3 can be spotted from afar: according to SHARK, it is the first full-face helmet fitted with active LED brake lights.
Jet helmets: up to -40%
Sporty and bold, the RS JET pairs a composite and carbon fibre shell with a Pinlock 120 Max Vision visor and a removable sun visor. The SKWAL i3 JET puts visibility first: an accelerometer triggers the brake lights with no wiring, and three lighting modes (position lights, brake lights, indicators) are controlled with a single button. The Lexan SKWAL JET offers a wide, Pinlock 70-ready visor and Eco Circle recycled materials. As for the SKWAL JET CUP, it borrows the rear spoiler from track helmets for riders who want a jet helmet with a racer's look.
Racing helmets: up to -50%
The latest generation of the Racing range, the AERON GP adapts its shape to the rider's position. According to SHARK, its spoiler with adaptive flaps reduces aerodynamic drag by 5% and cuts high-speed turbulence by 50%. The SKWAL CUP shares the same racing spirit, with a rear spoiler inspired by track helmets that delivers genuine aerodynamic stability.
How do you choose a motorcycle helmet that offers good value for money?
Value for money isn't measured by the size of the discount: a helmet that doesn't suit the way you ride is still a bad buy, even at a reduced price.
Start with how you ride
On roads and motorways, a full-face or modular helmet provides the most suitable protection and comfort. In town, a jet helmet is enough for short trips. On the track or for sport riding, a racing model offers the support and aerodynamics that make the difference.
Get the size right
Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows, then check the size guide. A well-fitting helmet feels slightly snug, with no pressure points.
Look at the visor and ventilation
If you often ride in cold or wet weather, choose a Pinlock®-compatible visor to reduce fogging. In summer, count the air intakes and extractors: the more refined the ventilation, the more comfortable the helmet stays at high speed.
When should you replace your motorcycle helmet?
SHARK recommends replacing your helmet every five years, and after any fall, even if there is no visible damage: the inner foam may have absorbed the impact without it showing. If yours is approaching that age, Black Friday is a chance to replace it early without waiting for the season.
