ARTICLE 1: GENERAL
1.1. These general conditions apply to the competition “ SHARK x VENUM”, hereinafter referred to as the “Competition” or the “Game”.
1.2. The Competition is organized by SHARK whose head office is located at 11 Traverse de la Buzine, 13011, Marseille, (hereinafter the “Organizer”) and will take place from July 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The Game is organized as part of the launch of the collaboration SHARK X VENUM.
1.3. Participation in this Competition implies total and unconditional acceptance of the provisions of these regulations, including any subsequent modification.
ARTICLE 2: GAME SUPPORT
The Game is announced on the following media:

• The following social networks: Instagram
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1. The Game is open to adult individuals residing in eligible European countries defined by SHARK, i.e. only in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Austria), provided that they are of legal age (i.e. over 18 years of age).
3.2. Cannot participate in the Game:
- Minors;
- The Organizer's staff as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, brothers, sisters, children)
- Any person who participated in any capacity whatsoever in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, brothers, sisters, children).
3.3. Participation will take place exclusively via the media mentioned in article 2.
Any participation in the Competition on plain paper, by post, by telephone or in any other form will not be taken into account.
Only one entry per person (same name, same first name, same Instagram account, same postal address) is authorized for the duration of the Competition.
3.4. Participants must read and accept without reservation these regulations when registering for the Competition, maintain a loyal attitude implying absolute compliance with these provisions and the law as well as the absence of fraud or any attempt at fraud. Participants are also required to respect the rights of other participants.
3.5. Any violator of one or more of the provisions of these regulations will be deprived of the possibility of participating in the Competition, but also of the prize that he may have possibly won.
ARTICLE 4: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
4.1. The participant must:
- Follow the Instagram account @sharkhelmets;
- Click on the link available in the Instagram biography;
- Complete the participation form hosted on www.shark-helmets.com;
- Accept the competition rules;
- Validate your participation.
4.2. Any registration that is incomplete, fraudulent and/or does not comply with these Regulations, and/or contains inaccurate information cannot be taken into account and will result in the participation being declared void. Any participant thus disqualified will not be able to claim any prize. The Organizer then reserves the right to put back into play the prize which may have been unduly awarded to it.
4.3. Any participation via automatic connection, bot, computer program or any digital or physical device likely to circumvent the rules of these regulations and/or to distort the fairness of participation between participants and/or to defraud/hack/manipulate the winner designation mechanism is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all entries which may have benefited from this fraud and, where applicable, the outright cancellation of the Competition.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks concerning the identity, address and age of participants. Any false declaration automatically results in the elimination of the participant.
ARTICLE 5: CONDITIONS FOR DETERMINING WINNERS
The winners will be determined by drawing lots within one week after the end of the Competition.
The draw will be carried out as follows:
- Each participant will be integrated into an Excel file with a unique identifier
- A column using the random formula (=ALEA()) will be applied
- Participants will be ranked according to this random value
- The winners will be selected based on the first positions obtained
Three separate draws will be held:
- one winner for both tickets MotoGP ;
- one winner for the 2 UFC tickets;
- a winner for the helmet SHARK × Venum D-SKWAL 3.
This process guarantees the absence of human intervention in the selection of winners.
The winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram or by email by SHARK the week of September 1, 2026.
All messages communicated in this respect are subject to verification of the absence of fraud, malfunction and compliance with the provisions of these regulations.
The winners will have 7 days to respond via Instagram. If there is no response within this deadline, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
SHARK reserves the right to designate a new winner, via the aforementioned terms, if a selected winner does not meet the domiciliation condition established in article 3 of these Regulations.
ARTICLE 6: AWARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR DELIVERY OF AWARDS
6.1. Three prizes are up for grabs:
- Lot n°1: Two tickets to attend a Grand Prix MotoGP for two people.
- Prize n°2: Two tickets to attend a UFC event for two people.
- Lot n°3: One helmet SHARK × Venum D-SKWAL 3.
Tickets only provide access to events.
6.2. Shipping costs for material prizes are covered by the Organizer. However, the prize does not include hotel costs, transport or any other costs likely to be linked to the travel of the winner and their companion as part of the prize.
The winners must comply with the health standards in force in the country where the experience is organized. MotoGP and CFU
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the prizes and replace them with prizes of an equivalent nature and/or value.
6.4. The prize is nominative and cannot be assigned, transmitted or provided to a third party. It will not be taken back or exchanged for another prize.
There will be no possible financial compensation.
6.5. If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer the prizes cannot be given to the winners, they will lose their rights to these prizes which will not be reallocated.
ARTICLE 7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. The Organizer cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or beyond its control, the Competition must be modified, shortened or canceled. No compensation can be claimed on this account.
7.2. In all cases, the Organizer reserves the right to extend the Competition or postpone the announced date.
The Organizer reserves the right to stop or suspend the Competition in the event of fraud or attempted fraud.
7.3. Any dispute or complaint relating to the Competition or its rules will only be taken into consideration within one month of the closing of the Competition.
7.4. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of incorrect delivery of the email or in the event of interruption of internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption).
7.5. Participation in the Competition implies knowledge and acceptance by participants of the characteristics, limits and risks of the technologies used by the Internet and the technologies linked to it, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection or transmission, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network, without that the Organizer cannot be held liable as a result.
7.6. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of technical or human failures of telecommunications operators, nor in the event of a malfunction of the internet network, nor in the event of a temporary or lasting technical breakdown.
Also, in the event of a technical malfunction of any type, the Organizer reserves the right, if necessary, to invalidate and/or cancel the Competition without its liability being incurred as a result.
7.7. The Organizer reserves the right to stop or suspend the Competition in the event of fraud or in any case where, for whatever reason, the computer system awards prizes not provided for in these regulations. In these cases, messages informing participants of a win would be considered null and void. Under no circumstances may the number of prizes exceed that provided for in these regulations.
ARTICLE 8: ABSENCE OF LINK WITH META (INSTAGRAM)
The Competition is neither sponsored, nor administered, nor associated with Meta Platforms or Instagram.
ARTICLE 9: AUTHORIZATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
The winners authorize the Organizer to use their name, pseudonym and photograph for advertising purposes, without this conferring on them any remuneration, rights or advantages other than the delivery of the prize. The exploitation of these elements will be possible exclusively as part of the promotion of the Competition by the Organizer throughout the world and for a maximum period of 2 years from the first exploitation.

ARTICLE 11: MODIFICATION – CANCELLATION OF THE GAME
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, postpone, modify, extend, interrupt or simply cancel the Competition, without notice, due to any event beyond its control and in particular in the event of force majeure, without its liability being incurred in this respect and without any compensation of any nature whatsoever being due to any participant.
ARTICLE 12: PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected is intended exclusively for the Organizer as part of the Competition and will not be used for other purposes, unless expressly agreed by the participants. The Organizer may, however, communicate them to third parties within the sole framework and for the sole purposes of the Competition.
The mandatory nature of the data to be provided is indicated on the forms. Failure to provide this information may make it impossible to access certain services and participate in the Competition.
Personal data is collected in order to validate participation in the Competition and used to be able to identify the participant and deliver the prize in the event of a win.

The data is kept for the period strictly necessary for its purpose, with the exception of data for which the minimum retention period results from a legal or regulatory obligation or the expiration of a limitation period.
In accordance with the regulations, participants have at any time a right of access, rectification, transmission in the event of death, erasure, limitation of processing or opposition to processing as well as a right to portability of their personal data, by sending a letter to the Competition address, indicated in article 11 of these regulations, with a copy of their identity card.
The participant may submit any complaints relating to the use of their personal data to the personal data control body at the following address: CNIL - 3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
ARTICLE 14: APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS
In the event that differences appear between the French version of these regulations and a translated version of these regulations, only the French version will be authentic.
If one or more provisions of these regulations were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain their full force and scope.
ARTICLE 15: APPLICABLE LAW
These regulations as well as the entire Competition and relations between the Organizer and the participants are subject to French law.
