WORLD WOMEN CHAMPIONSHIP

Lucie Boudesseul

Born to ride

Born on July 3, 2003, in Bernay, Normandy, Lucie Boudesseul has been passionate about motorcycles since her earliest childhood, with nobody in her family practicing the sport. At 14, she obtains permission to race and joins the Team RR for the Normandy endurance championship. Her second time on a motorcycle is a race. She ends up in the hospital after a collision, but doesn’t give up. She then strings together three seasons in Supersport 300 racing independently, supported by her trainer David Veillon (DVS) and her parents, before switching to European Bikes 1000 cm³ in 2023.

Historic performances

The only woman among 55 riders, and the youngest on the grid, she secures her first podium in the French Championship at Pau—becoming the youngest woman to step onto a podium in this category. In 2024, she earns two new podiums in the FSBK and sets the women’s record for the Carole circuit. In 2025, GMT94 opens the doors to the WorldWCR for her. Two podiums, including one at home at Magny-Cours: she becomes the first Frenchwoman to finish on a podium in a world championship. Sixth overall with 113 points, named the best rookie of the year, Lucie Boudesseul will still carry number 94 in 2026.
