Étienne Masson

Masson, a rider forged in effort

Born on September 28, 1988, in Bourg-en-Bresse, Étienne Masson started riding motorcycles at the age of five, initially focusing on motocross before trying his hand at speed racing in 2006 on a Honda 125 CBR.

In 2014, his move to the Junior Team LMS-Suzuki allowed him
to clinch the Stock title in the World Endurance Championship. This
performance naturally opened the doors to the Suzuki Endurance
Racing Team (SERT) for him in 2015.

A solid track record for Masson in EWC

Since then, the Bressan has been among the main players in the discipline with four world championship titles won in 2015, 2016, 2020, and 2024, and prestigious victories at the 24 Hours Moto in 2015 and 2024 and the Bol d’Or in 2016, 2019, and 2024.

In addition to the EWC, he also distinguished himself in the French Superbike Championship (FSBK) from 2010 to 2013. Vice-world champion last year, the rider SHARK hopes to secure a fifth world crown this season. For this, he will once again be teamed with Gregg Black and Dan Linfoot.
