Solid beginnings for Eddie O’Shea
Eddie O'Shea took his first steps at a very young age on a minibike before moving to the British Talent Cup in 2019.
He finished third there in 2020 with five podiums and a pole position.
In 2021, he entered the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup where he spent three seasons while honing his skills in JuniorGP.
He recorded his first podium in JuniorGP in 2022 and progressed to 10th place in the standings in 2023.

A global dream becomes reality
Mid-2024, O'Shea, rider SHARK in Great Britain for a long time, was called by MLav Racing, Michael Laverty's team, to replace Joshua Whatley in Moto3.
With a 16th place in Malaysia as his best result over his four races, the Briton is preparing for his first full season in the world championship in 2025.
